General Manager

PrivePlex is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-centric General Manager to lead our branch operations. This role is perfect for someone who can take complete ownership of the space, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage the team with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of all rooms
• Manage celebrations, events, décor setups, and surprise arrangements
• Interact with customers, understand requirements, and deliver a premium experience
• Lead, train, and supervise the on-ground team
• Maintain facility standards — 4K projection, audio, cleanliness, décor, ambience
• Coordinate bookings, schedules, vendors, and staff
• Manage inventory of décor items and celebration materials
• Handle escalations, feedback, and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Prepare daily performance, expense, and operations reports

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in hospitality, events, retail, or operations
• Strong communication skills (Telugu + English/Hindi)
• Leadership ability with a customer-first attitude
• Good problem-solving, multitasking, and organisational skills
• Presentable, responsible, and calm under pressure
