Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conducting internal audits at different sites to check the conformity & fulfilment of the system, ensure execution of jobs with respect to the planned methodologies & Inspection plan, QA Plans. • Project Quality Plan (PQP) Prepared & Implemented as per the ISO - 9001/2008 requirements.
Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Formats & Check Lists Prepared & Stage wise checking
all activities related to the Project ensured.
Implementation and Improvement of the system / process.
Incharge of QMS certification and implementation.
Perform planned audits and surveillances of execution activities to ensure compliance to Project
requirements.
Review and monitor reported nonconforming conditions (NCR) and associated Corrective actions and
trends.
Prepare Work methodology as per specification and BOQ.
Preparation of Monthly quality reports and improvement plan.
Calibration of measuring and testing equipment such as CTM, Batching Plants, Weight Balance as per
approved FQAP.
Ensure the preparation and availability of quality record documents.
