Procurement and Logistics: Collaborating with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Following up on purchase orders and delivery schedules. Coordinating with vendors for material delivery and resolving issues. Planning and scheduling material dispatches. Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining detailed records of all storekeeping activities, including GRNs, MRNs, and bin cards. Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Preparing inventory reports and supporting internal and external audits. Waste Management: Overseeing the segregation, recycling, and disposal of waste materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
