Experience Required:

• Duration: Minimum 10 to 15 years
• Field: Civil Engineering
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Expertise in surveying and billing
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Experience with earthwork and drainage projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and contractors
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget
• Innovative thinking with an aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering
