Job Description

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced GM Projects to lead end-to-end execution of large EPC projects in the power, process, and heavy engineering domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in engineering coordination, project execution, schedule & cost control, vendor management, and multi-disciplinary team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution for large EPC/industrial projects
Define project scope, schedule, budgets, and engineering deliverables
Review P&ID, Plot Plan, 3D Model, HAZOP & engineering documents
Lead multi-disciplinary engineering & project execution teams
Manage vendors, contractors, licensors & client interactions
Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
Drive quality, safety, compliance & risk management as per EPC standards
Ensure timely engineering inputs, material fronts & site readiness
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills:

Strong EPC project management background (Power/Boilers/Process Plants)
Deep understanding of mechanical, structural & piping packages
Expert in vendor management, engineering coordination, and construction supervision
Experience with large MT tonnage structures, heavy equipment, and piping packages
Skilled in budget control, planning & scheduling (L2/L3)
Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management
