About the job: As an Account Manager at Winning Edge, you won't just drive sales you'll build partnerships that matter. Your role will blend business development, client engagement, and talent consulting in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. Key responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors Build deep, trust-based relationships with HR leaders and business heads Craft customized talent solutions that align with client goals 2. Account Management & Growth Own and nurture key accounts, ensuring consistent delivery and satisfaction Upsell and cross-sell services based on client needs and evolving market trends Act as a strategic advisor, not just a recruiter 3. Pipeline & Performance Management Own the end-to-end client lifecycle from first connect to closure Track metrics like deal pipeline, client conversion, and revenue contribution Collaborate with delivery and research teams for seamless execution 4. Tech-Enabled Selling Leverage AI tools, data insights, and recruitment tech to enhance efficiency Stay updated on trends in talent intelligence and hiring strategies 5. Market Mapping & Storytelling Build compelling pitches and talent narratives to win mandates Translate industry insights into actionable strategies for clients 6.
