Role & responsibilities

Production Management

• Oversee daily operations across PU footwear manufacturing units.
  
• Ensure production targets of met with quality standards.
  
• Optimize machine utilization (PU pouring machines, conveyor lines, direct injection, and cemented process).
  

• Quality Assurance & Process Control

• Implement stringent quality control measures to meet domestic & export standards.
  
• Drive process improvement and minimize rejections/defects.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other quality certifications.
  

• Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate a workforce of production supervisors, engineers, and operators.
  
• Promote a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
  

• Resource & Cost Optimization

• Manage raw materials, moulds, and inventories effectively.
  
• Control production costs while maintaining high-quality output.
  
• Coordinate with purchase, planning, and supply chain teams.
  

• Innovation & Technology

• Stay updated with the latest PU footwear technologies.
  
• Drive R&D collaboration to introduce new designs and styles efficiently.
  

• Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce workplace safety standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
