Presently we have requirement for our company Time Ecotech (Plastic Reprocessing / Granules Manufacturing)

Post: Sr. Manager / GM - Operations (Plastic waste recycling)

Location : Vapi, Gujarat

Qualification : Degree/Diploma – Cipet / Engg

Experience : 10+ Yrs (Plastic Industry)

Salary : Best in the Industry

Job Profile :

1. Spearhead Plant Operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and logistics, ensuring the achievement of production targets and cost optimization. 

2. End-to-end recycling of plastic wastes, including collection, sorting, shredding, washing, drying, and melts extrusion.  

3. Heading all techno-commercial plant operations i.e. Sale, Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Maintenance

4. Day to day interaction as per incoming, in process, final inspection and pre dispatch inspection. 

5. Day to day Reporting to Technical / Operations Head. 

6. Maintain and update essential documentation such as SOPs and work instructions

7. Manage statutory compliance of unit-related regulatory issues in terms of Excise, Provident Fund, Pollution Control Board and other relevant authorities.

8. Provide training to Factory Staff and operators to improve production quality process. 

9. Experienced in recycling industrial plastic waste into high-quality polymer granules (HDPE).
