General Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the bar & restaurant. The person will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as drive business opportunities, guest management, on-boarding, hiring & training team members on set SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Ensure targeted sales are getting achieved on a monthly basis
• Manage operations and finances of business
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Manage costs and budgets intact, and review monthly marketing & PR plans
• Drive development of employees
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Qualifications

• Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills

Salary, Joining Date & Location

• CTC INR 75000-85000 per month
• Within 15 days
