We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team, drive business growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and financial performance, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to increase revenue and expand the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership or general management role.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, sales, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
