General Manager

As an Associate General Manager - Design, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue of a specific region and ensuring the growth and performance metrics of the business and its employees. Your role will involve taking full ownership of crucial business initiatives including product launches, process enhancements, category expansion, and vendor relationships. You will play an active role in making business decisions by providing both qualitative insights and conducting detailed quantitative analysis. It is essential to have a deep understanding of design requirements and customer experience to drive optimal business outcomes. You will be in charge of developing, leading, motivating, and managing a dynamic team in the city comprising Business and Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, among others. Your focus will be on creating a conducive ecosystem for a successful design experience for both internal teams and customers. One of your key responsibilities will be to ensure the quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products such as Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Furniture & Decor, as well as essential home improvement services in the region. You must have the ability to drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including design sign-offs, error-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, you will act as the liaison between the city and customers within Livspace, ensuring continuous feedback for ongoing improvement and enhancement of services.
