Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Jewellery Retail to lead our upcoming retail subsidiary. The role involves business setup, sales growth, brand development, team leadership, and strategic reporting to top management.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Setup & Operations

• Lead the establishment and launch of the new jewellery retail subsidiary
• Oversee showroom operations, SOPs, compliance, and performance standards

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies based on market trends

Brand Building & Marketing

• Design and implement marketing and brand-building initiatives
• Position the subsidiary as a trusted and premium jewellery retail brand

Leadership & Team Management

• Recruit, train, and manage showroom managers and sales teams
• Build a high-performance, customer-centric culture

Customer Experience

• Ensure superior customer service and showroom experience
• Implement customer engagement and loyalty initiatives

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, inventory efficiency, and operational performance
• Prepare MIS reports and present insights to senior management

Strategic Alignment

• Align subsidiary growth plans with the vision and governance of AJC Jewel Manufacturers Ltd

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a jewellery retail chain showroom
• Experience in a managerial or senior leadership role preferred
