Job description We are looking for a candidate who can able to Head the Treasury and Fund Raising Role in the level of General Manager. JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Identification of Suitable Treasury products for the company requirement Discuss with Various Financial institutions(FI) for securing Fund and Non Fund Based limits including IREDA/PFC/REC Coordination with FI on securing sanctions Preparation and providing Documentation to bank for Sanctions and renewals Preparation and compilation of CMA data Regular coordination with banks for speeding up the debt raising process Getting the Compliance aspects of FI organized and completed in a timely manner. Coordinating with banks for creation, modification and satisfaction of charge with MCA. Reduction of Bank charges Assisting in getting loan documentation and pre-disbursement formalities completed Assisting in getting credit rating done from multiple rating agencies Desirable/Added advantage Banking knowledge and hands on experience in Bank Sanction and Fund raising Advanced financial analytical skills, with ability to use data, facts, and knowledge for bank data submission Ability to understand market and competitive dynamics, and ability to identify financial and commercial responses Expertise in short- and long-term Fund raising with proven resukts Excellent verbal & interpersonal communication skills, with ability to communicate to all levels.
