Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, and conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders and management, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Financial Strategy: Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability, including capital allocation, investment decisions, and risk management. Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards. Team Management: Leading and mentoring the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to standards. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency. Working Capital Management: Developing and implementing strategies for efficient working capital management, including cash flow forecasting and management. Banking and Fund Management: Maintaining and enhancing banking relations, overseeing fund management, and ensuring compliance with import-export related banking processes. Capital Expenditure Management: Overseeing the financial analysis and planning process for capital expenditures, allocating resources, and monitoring project performance. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Real Estate & construction experience is mandatory also significant experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting. Certifications: CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are often preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and regulations.
