As a Strategic Financial Manager, your role involves developing and implementing financial strategies that are aligned with organizational objectives. You will provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders. - Analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP. Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax laws. - Implement strong internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks. - Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders. Treasury & Cash Flow Management: - Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational and investment needs. - Oversee funding strategies, debt management, and capital structure optimization. - Maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors. Team Leadership & Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Drive process automation to enhance efficiency within the finance function. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - MBA in Finance or an equivalent degree. - 8-10 years of progressive financial management experience.
