General Manager (E-COMMERCE)

1. Cross-Functional Operations & Execution Ensure seamless execution of tasks across design, sourcing, marketing, content, logistics, and collaborations teams. Act as the driving force behind workflow management, ensuring projects move forward on schedule and without bottlenecks. Create workflows, project timelines, and SOPs to streamline daily business operations. Regularly track progress, flag inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with leadership to translate strategic objectives into execution-ready plans. 2. E-Commerce & Digital Operations Oversee daily operations for the brand’s D2C website, marketplace listings (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart), and digital infrastructure. Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to improve website functionality, product listings, and customer experience. Work with digital marketing teams to ensure operational alignment for campaigns, product launches, and brand activations. 3. Brand Collaborations & Offline Activations Identify and oversee collaborations with cultural festivals, exhibitions, pop-up stores, and brand partnerships. Work with the events and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of offline activations. Coordinate inventory, logistics, and operational requirements for offline brand presence. 4. Team & Workflow Management Act as the right hand to the founders, ensuring all teams execute their responsibilities efficiently. Maintain structured task management, track daily performance, and ensure accountability across departments. Work closely with the leadership team to build and refine internal operational processes. Mentor and coach teams to improve execution speed, efficiency, and collaboration. 5. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination Oversee inventory and fulfillment to ensure smooth order processing, packaging, and delivery. Work with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure materials and production timelines align with business needs. Ensure smooth coordination with vendor partners and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
