General Manager - Chennai

As the General Manager in the Advisory & Transaction - Office in Chennai, your role involves implementing real estate plans aligned with client's strategic goals. You will assist in project initiation, prioritize assignments, and ensure client commitments are met. Additionally, you will negotiate business terms for various commercial real estate products and coordinate field broker selection. Key Responsibilities: - Act as both landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent - Draft and create various analyses and documents such as market reports, RFPs, letters of intent - Coordinate sales negotiation through field brokers and monitor lease expirations - Review and interpret financial analysis templates to facilitate informed decision-making - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between service lines - Prepare commission forecasts, track transaction activity, and maintain project tracking system - Resolve landlord and tenant disputes Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate - Proficient in analyzing complex business documents and making persuasive presentations - Deep understanding of financial terms and principles - Strong analytical and quantitative skills to develop strategic solutions - Advanced computer software skills and strong interpersonal abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously As the General Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing a major functional area or department.
