General Manager - Business Development (IH)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The GM – Business Development (IH Vertical) will lead growth efforts for the IH vertical at Sarovar, with a strong focus on acquiring new contracts across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use assets. The role involves identifying and securing business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion in line with the organization’s growth roadmap.

Role will report to Director – IH, dotted to SVP Biz Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategy to grow the IH vertical across target markets.
• Identify and acquire new contracts for hotels, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
• Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and support commercial evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, bids, and negotiations.
• Track industry trends to strengthen FM offerings and meet revenue targets.

Key Requirements

• Strong business acumen and understanding of the Facility Management industry.
• Experience in BD or acquisition-driven roles within FM, hospitality, or real estate.
• Ability to assess feasibility, analyse commercial models, and craft business cases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
