General Manager – Bid Management

We’re Looking For:

·       B.Tech in ECE/EE or B.Sc in Electronics with 15+ years of experience in tendering.

·       Minimum 8+ years of experience in Railway Signalling bid management.

·       Proven track record in managing high-value, complex bids with strong leadership.

·       Proficiency in tender governance, compliance, and contract negotiation.

·       Exceptional communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

·       Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strategic focus.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Strategic thinker with proven expertise in Railway Signalling & Telecom bid management.

·       Strong techno-commercial acumen to drive pricing, risk analysis, and profitability.

·       Experienced in end-to-end bid lifecycle – from planning to submission and negotiation.

·       Capable of building strong relationships with RDSO, Zonal Railways, and key stakeholders.

·       Skilled in market intelligence, competitive strategy, and contract finalisation.

·       Passionate leader who can mentor teams and align bids with organisational growth goals.
