Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer – Demo & After Sales Support (Drone), located in Kolkata. The Senior Engineer – Demo & After Sales Support (Drone) will lead client demonstrations, training and after-sales service for DGCA-certified drones. The role demands strong technical expertise, regulatory compliance and client-facing skills to ensure seamless deployment and reliable post-sales support.

We're looking for

• B.Tech in Aeronautics/ Electronics/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with technical proficiency in drone systems 2-4 years experience.
• Good to have DGCA-certified Medium Category Drone Pilot.
• Strong technical expertise with proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to lead demonstrations and provide dependable after-sales service.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live demonstrations of DGCA-certified medium category drones for clients and partners.
• Operate drones in compliance with DGCA safety and operational regulations.
• Train clients/end-users on safe operation, maintenance and mission planning.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service coordination.
• Maintain documentation of demos, service records and compliance reports and liaise with QC/Service teams to ensure operational standards.
