Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Rayagada. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and achieving business objectives. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies to drive sales, delivering excellent customer service, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role will also encompass coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient performance and reporting on business metrics.

Qualifications

Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively
Strong organizational, strategic planning, and operational management abilities
Experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Financial management expertise, including budget planning and monitoring
Proficiency with relevant technology and software for reporting and management tasks
Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related business sector is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Minimum Experience 2 years in same field.
Salary estimated 30k- 40K monthly excluding House Allowance.
