Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Rayagada. The Service Manager will oversee the entire service department, manage daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service records. Responsibilities include coordinating with the service team, providing technical support and training, handling customer queries and complaints, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Technical expertise in automotive maintenance and repair
• Proficient in handling service-related documentation and record-keeping
• Ability to train and develop service staff
• Experience in managing budgets and improving operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
