As the General Manager Accounts and Finance at GARTECH EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD, you will be responsible for managing the financial tasks of the organization. Your role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, organizing, and executing financial tasks of the organization. - Completing financial reports, leading month-end closing process, and conducting monthly financial forecasts. - Ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate. - Leading Financial and Internal Audits. - Ensuring timely preparation and submission of TDS, GST, and other tax statements. - Reconciling and maintaining balance of all suppliers and clients. - Monitoring and maintaining Cost and Income accruals on a monthly basis. - Preparing cash flow rolling forecasts monthly. - Keeping up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation. - Maintaining Statutory Compliances regularly. - Providing financial insight and analysis to drive business performance. - Understanding and calculating risks involved in financial activities. - Monitoring the financial health of the organization by tracking cash flow, budgets, and other financial data. - Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence. - Participating in strategic planning meetings to develop long-term goals. - Monitoring compliance with financial reporting laws and regulations. - Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods using ERP. - Coordinating with external auditors for audits. - Monitoring industry trends to identify growth opportunities. - Financial Forecasting & Planning. - Budget Systems & MIS reporting. - Statutory Compliance (Direct & Indirect Taxation). - Cost Reduction & Controls. - Implementing Growth Strategies. The ideal candidate for this position is a Qualified C.A. with 15-20 years of experience in a manufacturing company in the accounting function. You should have hands-on experience in General Ledger maintenance, audits, statutory returns, import & export formalities, and bank & customer account reconciliation.
