General Manager Accounts and Finance

As the General Manager of Accounts and Finance at GARTECH EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD, your responsibility is to manage the financial tasks of the organization. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks of the organization. - Complete financial reports, lead month-end closing process, and conduct monthly financial forecasts. - Ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate. - Lead Financial and Internal Audits. - Ensure timely preparation and submission of TDS, GST, and other tax statements. - Reconcile and maintain balance of all suppliers and clients. - Monitor and maintain Cost and Income accruals on a monthly basis. - Prepare cash flow rolling forecasts monthly. - Keep up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation. - Maintain Statutory Compliances regularly. - Provide financial insight and analysis to drive business performance. - Understand and calculate risks involved in financial activities. - Monitor the financial health of the organization by tracking cash flow, budgets, and other financial data. - Prepare budgets and ensure adherence. - Participate in strategic planning meetings to develop long-term goals. - Monitor compliance with financial reporting laws and regulations. - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods using ERP. - Coordinate with external auditors for audits. - Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities. - Financial Forecasting & Planning. - Budget Systems & MIS reporting. - Statutory Compliance (Direct & Indirect Taxation). - Cost Reduction & Controls. - Implement Growth Strategies. Qualifications Required: - Qualified C.A. with 15-20 years of experience in a manufacturing company in the accounting function. - Hands-on experience in General Ledger maintenance, audits, statutory returns, import & export formalities, and bank & customer account reconciliation.
