As an intern at the company, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting senior management in planning, research, and execution of strategic initiatives. - Working on cross-functional projects in areas such as operations, marketing, HR, finance, and sales. - Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to aid in decision-making. In terms of operations management, you will be expected to: - Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning. - Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement. - Coordinating with internal teams such as sales, supply chain, and HR to streamline processes. Your responsibilities will also involve market and data research, where you will: - Conduct competitor analysis, industry research, and consumer insights studies. - Identify business trends and prepare summaries for management. - Support new product launches or business development initiatives. Project coordination will be a key part of your role, including: - Taking ownership of small projects or modules under guidance. - Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely execution. - Assisting in monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables. In terms of people and communication, you will: - Act as a liaison between senior management and different teams. - Support HR in employee engagement, recruitment drives, or training programs. - Participate in meetings and prepare minutes/follow-up action trackers. Additionally, as part of your learning and development: - You will gain hands-on exposure to multiple functions through rotational assignments. - Shadow leaders to understand decision-making frameworks. - Present learnings and project outcomes at the end of the internship.
