Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow statement, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in GL ledger.
  • Perform journal entries, accrual adjustments, and other accounting tasks as needed.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and Ind AS.
  • Review internal controls over financial reporting to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification; Chartered Accountancy certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP R2R module and proficiency in Gl Accounting software.
