Skills and requirementsExperience:6-9 years of experience in business analysisEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certifications preferred. Agile certifications/ trainings preferred.Location:Bangalore Must have experience in Pharma/Lifesciences domain Industry regulations such as GxP, CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR, etc. Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance standards (FDA,GxP, CSV, etc.). Proven experience managing technology transformation, digital health, lab systems(e.g., LIMS, ELN), clinical systems (e.g., CTMS), manufacturing systems or similar. Must have experience and understanding of process flows and process design. Good understanding and experience of working in Waterfall and Agile frameworks. Understanding of system engineering concepts and data/ process analysis andmodeling. Ability to take systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay closeattention to detail. Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and building business cases. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to communicate concisely and clearly. Willingness to travel and work flexibly (EU hours) is needed. Experience in BA tools like MS Visio, Figma, Azure DevOps. Must have hands on experience on SQL queries.
