Job Location : V Ascendus International Tech Park, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad Work Mode : Hybrid(3 Days in office) Technical Skills Mandatory The AI Lead or Architect who is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and growth of an organization’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Solution Design and Architecture o Develop end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures, including data ingestion, model development, and deployment. o Define and document AI architecture blueprints, best practices, and standards. o Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies for project requirements. • Practice Development o Build and manage a team of AI specialists, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other technical staff. o Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for AI project execution. • Project Oversight o Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions. o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. o Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and techniques. • Technical Leadership o Provide technical guidance to development teams on AI/ML implementation. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and software developers, to deliver AI-driven solutions. o Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. • Innovation and Research o Monitor emerging AI technologies, trends, and advancements to ensure the organization remains competitive. o Promote the ethical use of AI and establish governance frameworks for responsible AI practices. Technical Skills Optional Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Experience : 12+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership positions. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and LLM models. Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as Lang Chain, Agentic Frameworks. Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI). Hands on expertise in Prompt engineering, Prompt techniques like One Shot, Few Shot, ReAct..etc Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive complex projects.
