GDC Head - Consulting Support Services

The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in India is a key platform designed to deliver high-value services and solutions to ERM's global clientele. As the Head of GDC - CS, you will lead the strategic development and operational execution of the GDC, driving its transformation into a next-generation global delivery model supporting ERM's consulting business. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the vision for delivering consulting excellence through the GDC, aligning service delivery outcomes with global consulting priorities. - Establish and scale the India-based delivery center, collaborating with global and regional consulting leaders to define delivery scope and capabilities. - Develop and manage SLA/KPI frameworks, monitor process workflows, and contribute to the design of scalable operating models. - Serve as a primary interface for service leads and regions, facilitate communication, manage escalations, and ensure alignment on priorities. - Champion next-generation delivery methods, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and identify and mitigate risks for operational resilience and scalability. - Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with GDC's ethos of empathy, collaboration, and accountability, capable of supporting internal operations and consulting services delivery. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in humanities, science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. - 15+ years of experience in shared services, global delivery centers, or operational excellence roles, with a focus on professional services firms and client service delivery. - Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives, strong knowledge of SLA/KPI frameworks, governance, and reporting mechanisms. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams, large-scale projects, and familiarity with Gen AI, data platforms, ERP systems, and agile methodologies.,
