Join our team as a GCP Lead Architect, where you will spearhead the design and implementation of Google Cloud Platform solutions, focusing on the migration and modernization of legacy systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures that align with business goals. This role offers a chance to apply your extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and project management to impactful projects. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of GCP-based cloud infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to develop integrated cloud strategies
• Manage migration of legacy data and applications to GCP ensuring minimal operational disruption
• Oversee the architecture of scalable and robust GCP cloud solutions aligned with business requirements
• Drive modernization initiatives leveraging a broad range of GCP services to improve performance and efficiency
• Lead and mentor a team of GCP architects and engineers providing technical guidance
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, cost estimation, and client proposal presentations

Requirements

• Extensive experience of 15+ years including practice management knowledge
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, system engineering, or related field
• Proven leadership experience managing GCP, system engineering, migration, and modernization projects
• Proficiency in GCP services including infrastructure as code using terraform, devops, platform as a service, and infrastructure as a service
• Strong expertise in legacy system migration and cloud modernization techniques
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale migration projects
• Exceptional project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and resilience in high-pressure environments
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills for leading diverse teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Fluent English proficiency
