As a Faculty Member for Garment Construction, your role involves contributing to the teaching and curriculum delivery by: - Teaching Garment Construction for Womens Wear, Mens Wear, and Kids Wear. - Delivering both theory and practical classes in a structured and engaging format. - Ensuring timely coverage of syllabus and hands-on learning outcomes. You will also be responsible for student mentorship and evaluation by: - Guiding students in their projects, assignments, and practical submissions. - Providing individual feedback and supporting skill development. - Conducting regular assessments and maintaining student records. Your duties will include managing the classroom and sewing lab efficiently by: - Ensuring discipline and cleanliness in the sewing lab. - Supervising the proper and safe use of machines and tools. - Organizing practical sessions, mock exams, and project showcases. Collaboration and event coordination are crucial aspects of your role, involving: - Coordinating with the academic team for workshops, exhibitions, and fashion shows. - Participating in internal training, faculty meetings, and academic planning. Reporting and documentation tasks include: - Maintaining attendance records, academic progress, and feedback forms. - Submitting monthly academic reports and student progress updates.
