Job Title: Faculty Member – Garment Construction Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Experience Required: Fresher or Minimum 1 Year (experience in teaching or fashion industry preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: 🟤 Teaching & Curriculum Delivery: - Teach Garment Construction for Women’s Wear, Men’s Wear, and Kids’ Wear. - Deliver both theory and practical classes in a structured and engaging format. - Ensure timely coverage of syllabus and hands-on learning outcomes. 🟤 Student Mentorship & Evaluation: - Guide students in their projects, assignments, and practical submissions. - Provide individual feedback and support skill development. - Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records. 🟤 Classroom & Lab Management: - Manage the sewing lab and maintain discipline and cleanliness. - Ensure all machines and tools are used properly and safely. - Organize practical sessions, mock exams, and project showcases. 🟤 Collaboration & Events: - Coordinate with the academic team for workshops, exhibitions, and fashion shows. - Participate in internal training, faculty meetings, and academic planning. 🟤 Reporting & Documentation: - Maintain attendance records, academic progress, and feedback forms. - Submit monthly academic reports and student progress updates. --- Key Skills & Requirements: - Strong teaching and communication skills - Subject expertise in garment construction for women’s, men’s, and kids’ wear - Basic fluency in Hindi (English communication preferred, but not mandatory) - Ability to handle sewing machines and classroom tools confidently - Passion for teaching and mentoring fashion students - Proficiency in basic documentation using Google Docs/Sheets Show more Show less
