Game Producer

As a Game Producer/Senior Game Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to roadmap creation and strategy implementation. You will be required to incorporate best practices in production and drive continuous improvements. Managing a team of engineers, designers, and artists, your role will involve outlining, scheduling, and tracking tasks to ensure the project progresses in the right direction. Additionally, you will analyze data and provide recommendations for new features aimed at enhancing user acquisition, retention, and monetization. Your primary location for this role will be in Navi Mumbai (Belapur). With a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in game production, you will be tasked with supervising both in-house and remote development teams. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills are essential, coupled with a keen interest in contributing to business growth. An understanding of various gaming platforms and current trends is required for this position. Collaborating with the product team, you will coordinate and manage in-game communication, offering feedback on game design and features based on a deep understanding of free-to-play (F2P) games and competitor practices. Working closely with other Producers and stakeholders, you will be involved in multiple title projects, spanning from ideation to live operations. As part of your responsibilities, you will work alongside business teams to comprehend requirements and specifications, creating and maintaining detailed documentation throughout the product lifecycle. By employing Agile development methodology, you will execute product development and feature updates, estimating production costs and timelines based on available resources and studio vision to ensure optimal resource utilization. In collaboration with the Product team, you will plan sprint roadmaps and ensure tasks are prepared for the development team. Continuously seeking to enhance production execution and tracking processes, you will analyze success metrics and user behavior during Beta and final launch, focusing on improving engagement and monetization.
