Game Producer

As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing existing and new games in development. This includes delegating tasks to a team of designers, programmers, and 2D / 3D artists. Your role will involve conducting market studies on competitive games and continuously enhancing our games. You will also participate in discussions regarding features, deadlines, and content with management. We highly value Game Producers with domain expertise in RPG (Sniper, Dress up, Narrative, Home Decor), Racing (Drag & Regular), and Sports (3D Cricket) Games. Responsibilities: - Research the WHY for a new game and create a matrix comparing competition and our game to justify the effort. - Generate and present deep and innovative ideas for new games and new features to enhance our existing game portfolio. - Collaborate closely on Level Designing with game designers and provide direct input. - Take ownership of the Game Design Document (GDD) and closely monitor art and animation quality to ensure a flawless user experience. - Understand Game Economics, monetization strategies, and the concept of creating rewarded ad incentives. - Develop analytics events and make iterative improvements based on data analytics (Firebase). - Stay updated on market trends and respond quickly to changing trends. - Monitor the progress of game development across all production stages. - Maintain communication with Infocom management for project updates. - Lead a dedicated team of artists, animators, analysts, creative writers, programmers, and quality controllers.
