Game Producer

As a Game Producer at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing both existing and new games in development. Your role will involve delegating tasks to a team of designers, programmers, and 2D / 3D artists. Additionally, you will conduct market studies on competitive games and work towards continuously enhancing the quality of our games. Your input will be valuable in discussions regarding features, deadlines, and content with the management team. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in RPG (Sniper, Dress up, Narrative, Home Decor), Racing (Drag & Regular), and Sports (3D Cricket) games. Key Responsibilities: - Research the WHY behind creating a new game and develop a competitive matrix to justify the game's potential. - Brainstorm and present innovative ideas for new games and features to enhance our existing game portfolio. - Collaborate closely with game designers in the level designing process. - Take ownership of the Game Design Document (GDD) and ensure high-quality art and animation for a seamless user experience. - Have a strong grasp of Game Economics, monetization strategies, and implementing rewarded ad incentives. - Plan analytics events and utilize data analytics (Firebase) to iterate on game improvements. - Keep abreast of market trends and make quick adjustments based on evolving trends. - Monitor the progress of game development across all production stages. - Maintain regular communication with Infocom management for project updates. - Lead and inspire a team of artists, animators, analysts, creative writers, programmers, and quality controllers. Qualifications: - Possess user empathy and a strong focus on enhancing user experience. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of and passion for mobile games. - Show high levels of motivation and drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
