As a Level Design Intern, your day-to-day will include:

1. Level Creation

   – Design and build engaging, balanced, and progressively challenging levels for mobile games.

2. Environment Design

   – Work on the look and feel of in-game environments to ensure levels are immersive and fun.

3. Hypercasual Focus

   – Study popular hypercasual titles, analyze level structures, and apply insights to our projects.

4. Iteration & Feedback

   – Playtest levels, gather feedback, and refine designs to improve player experience.

5. Collaboration

   – Work closely with designers, artists, and developers to ensure level design aligns with overall game vision.

6. Documentation

   – Maintain clear level design documents and flowcharts to communicate ideas effectively.

7. Market Awareness

   – Keep an eye on mobile game trends to bring in fresh and innovative level ideas.

8. Optimization

   – Ensure levels are optimized for smooth performance on mobile platforms.

• Passion for games with a strong understanding of level design principles
• Exposure to

  mobile game development

  (Unity preferred)
• Familiarity with

  hypercasual games

  and their level design structures
• Basic understanding of environment design and aesthetics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance difficulty and progression
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Bonus: Experience in tools like

  Unity, Blender, or Figma

  for prototyping levels

• Practical experience designing and shipping levels in real mobile games

• Hands-on exposure to the

  hypercasual game industry

• Portfolio-worthy projects that showcase your level design and creative skills
