Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and creative Game Design Intern who’s obsessed with games, understands what makes them tick, and is excited to shape experiences that players love. As part of our design team, you’ll dive deep into conceptualizing innovative game mechanics, features, and worlds. If you dream of crafting the next viral hit or reimagining popular genres, you’ll feel right at home here! 🚀 What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Research & Justify – Analyze the market, identify trends, and build competitor matrices to validate new game ideas. Game Ideation – Brainstorm, pitch, and prototype original concepts for new games and exciting features to upgrade our existing titles. Level Design – Work hands-on in crafting engaging and balanced game levels, collaborating directly with fellow designers and developers. GDD Ownership – Write, manage, and maintain Game Design Documents (GDDs) that clearly outline vision, mechanics, and user experience flows. Quality Oversight – Collaborate with art and animation teams to ensure the highest standard of visual quality and game feel. Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of evolving mobile, casual, and hypercasual game trends to bring timely and relevant ideas to the table. Production Tracking – Monitor game development progress across all stages and ensure alignment with design goals.
