Job Description

Role and responsibilities:

Ability to interact with clients without supervisors assistance
Strong critic of the games which is being developed
Good Experience in Game design documentation and wireframes along with experience in working on at least 2 Released games.
Passion for Gaming. Should be a Gamer.
Good assessment and logical mindset.
Should manage minimum one reportee.
Make efficient use of the reportees assigned.
Should provide proper rating / feedbacks to the reportee.
Should motivate reportees and help them in completing their work.
Providing inputs on fine tuning the process.
Experience as game designer 2 - 5 years
