Key Responsibilities

Responsibility of entire production department operation of Panoli sitePreparation of monthly production planning based on the Captive and Marketing RFCReview of production activity as per monthly production planning for all plantsCo-ordination with other departments (RM store, Engineering Department, Quality Control and Quality Assurance) for smooth operation of all plants.Review and approval of all department quality related documents (Change Control, incident, CAPA, SOP) for all plantsCo-ordination with PPIC department for timely dispatch of productsEnsuring preventive maintenance, qualification and validation activity performed as per defined schedule in all plantsResponsible for Assessment or Approval of all Documents in absence of Site HeadConducting Customer Audits in the plantsPreparation of Monthly Production ReportEnsuring Compliance of EHS and c-GMP inside all plantsEnsuring Proper Housekeeping inside all plantsImparting training of SOPs to all subordinatesTo review & Approval of Devotion for equipmentChange Control/ Devotion review and approval in track wiseTechnology transfer and implementation for new moleculesLMS activityOperation of electronic system like SAP HANA, Leave Portal (Metis), etc.
