We have some paying users already, and we’re about to launch our Beta, with 100 founding trial users and 65 paid slots (Growth + Scale plans). Now we need someone who can help us execute a world-class go-to-market funnel — from free trial → paying customers → scale.

What You’ll Own

• Funnel Architecture & Execution

• Design and implement nurture flows (email, WhatsApp, in-app prompts).
• Map the trial → activation → conversion journey in detail.
• Set up countdowns, scarcity counters, and upgrade triggers.

• Marketing Automation & Analytics

• Build and optimise automations in HubSpot/ActiveCampaign/GoHighLevel (or equivalent).
• Track activation metrics (trial starts, engagement, conversion rates).
• Run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, CTAs.

• Content Distribution & Conversion Assets

• Support content → funnel connection (landing pages, lead magnets, retargeting).
• Make sure every piece of content has a clear conversion path.

• Conversion Optimisation

• Work with founders to refine trial onboarding experience.
• Identify friction points and fix leaks fast.
• Turn free trial users into Growth/Scale subscribers.

Who You Are

• 4+ years experience in

  SaaS marketing, growth, or GTM execution

  .
• Proven track record of taking users from

  free trial → paid

  at high conversion rates.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  marketing automation tools

  (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Comfortable working in

  funnels, triggers, and data flows

  — not just top-line strategy.
• Data-driven mindset → you measure everything and act fast on signals.
• Based in India (to align with our time zones + cost structure).
