We're weeks away from development and are looking for an experienced back end developer to bolster our development team.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and scale backend systems that power our AI-first workspace.
• Develop APIs and services to support

  real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI Experts/Skills

  .
• Work closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to ship features at startup speed.
• Optimize for scalability, performance, and security as we grow from dozens → thousands of users.
• Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape Mindprint for years to come.

Tech Stack We’re Using (and you’ll help evolve)

• Node.js / TypeScript

• PostgreSQL / Redis

• GraphQL APIs

• AWS / GCP

• Docker / Kubernetes

• Experience with

  LLM integrations, vector DBs, or real-time systems

  is a big plus.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years backend development experience.
• Strong understanding of

  databases, APIs, and distributed systems
