Job Description

fusion - Cloud Financials. These positions are crucial in supporting our clients financial management needs and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Financials modules.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design optimal solutions using Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials, including solution design, system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials to guide clients in best practices, system optimization, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud Financials with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud Financials applications, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Financials features, updates, and industry trends, proactively suggesting enhancements and recommending new functionalities.
Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials.
Flexible in working in multiple time zones to support client and project needs.

 

Requirements:

 

For Consultant Positions:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Financials as a Consultant.
Strong knowledge and experience in at least two or more Oracle Cloud Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA).
Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud Financials solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.

 

For Senior Consultant Positions:

Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Financials as a Senior Consultant.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
Proven track record in leading Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and delivering successful solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
