Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and lead initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve efficiency. Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulatory and safety standards, including ISO, ANSI/ BIFMA , or other applicable quality certifications. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems. Customer Feedback: Manage customer complaints regarding product quality, performing investigations and collaborating with teams to resolve issues effectively.
