A person with experience in managing the production unit of custom high-end luxury furniture & cabinets, bags & wallets who have dealt in Leather & Metal industry. Production planning, setting up production processes, Vendor development, timely delivery, stock optimization would be the key skills required. Prior experience in the high-end custom Furniture manufacturing industry would be preferred. Education- Graduate in any stream. Experience- Minimum 10+ yrs in manufacturing industry of leather & metal like Furniture/Handicraft/Modular Kitchen etc. Roles & Responsibilities for Production; 1. Production planning/scheduling. Setting up measurement systems for output and efficiency. 2. Organize production to ensure that goods are produced on time, within budget and to quality standards. 3. Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems 4. Determine and implement improvements to the production process 5. Prepare and maintain production reports 6.
