Interior Designer

Role Overview As an Interior Designer at KW Group, you will utilize your skills and creativity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. From understanding client requirements to executing design concepts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring functionality and aesthetics align with the client's vision. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements, preferences, and project objectives. - Develop design concepts and detailed layouts, including furniture, materials, and finishes. - Prepare and present design proposals utilizing sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings. - Source and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and accessories. - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to guarantee project execution. - Conduct site visits to oversee progress and adherence to design specifications. - Stay updated with industry trends, innovative materials, and technologies. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction throughout the process. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering professional support. Qualifications - Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design. - Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in interior design. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Strong knowledge of material selection, space planning, and design principles. - Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. - Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
