Interior Designer

MOboutique is a Gurgaon-based interior design studio creating thoughtful, detail-led residential and commercial spaces. We’re looking for a creative, organised Interior Designer who can take projects from concept to execution — developing layouts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with vendors, managing clients patiently, and conducting regular site visits. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with solid technical skills and a refined design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, furniture layouts, and working drawings in AutoCAD.
• Create visual presentations and renders using Photoshop, SketchUp, or 3D Max.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for material selection and on-site execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Manage client communications, handle feedback, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain design consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design (residential or commercial).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and at least one 3D visualisation software (SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent).
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle clients and site teams with patience and professionalism.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative, hands-on team.
