Housekeeping Staff

Role Overview: As a Cleaner and Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for professionally cleaning and maintaining properties using company-prescribed procedures, products, and equipment. Your duties will include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure the properties are clean and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities: - Move reasonably portable furniture to clean underneath and behind, and assist with laundry as needed - Replenish consumable items such as toiletries and paper products to ensure guest satisfaction - Identify and report damages, create maintenance tickets as necessary, and notify management of any concerns - Perform basic maintenance and care for hot tubs with on-site training provided - Ensure homes are clean, safe, and welcoming to help create a positive guest experience - Attend mandatory meetings, adhere to housekeeping metrics, and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred - Ability to follow company-prescribed cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify damages or maintenance issues - Good communication skills to report concerns to management effectively Company Details: Unfortunately, there were no additional details about the company provided in the job description.
