🪑 About the Role

Furniture Product Development Specialist

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy hands-on product creation, keeping a pulse on market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch products that set new standards in comfort and design excellence.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Lead end-to-end development of furniture products from concept to launch, focusing on delivering comfort and design excellence.
• Conduct in-depth market research including competition analysis and customer feedback to shape product features, materials and aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, sourcing and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, capturing insights to refine and elevate future product offerings.

What’ll you need to bring to the table?

• Experience: 3+ years in product development within the furniture or home decor industry.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and translate customer needs into beautiful, functional furniture.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple projects with effective team communication.
• Customer-First Mindset: Deep commitment to quality, comfort and understanding of what our customers want in their furniture.
