Senior Furniture Draftsman / Furniture Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed

  technical and shop drawings

  for custom, luxury furniture pieces.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers and production teams to ensure design intent and technical feasibility.
• Prepare

  3D models, assembly details, and joinery drawings

  for manufacturing.
• Specify

  materials, hardware, and finishes

  based on design and functionality.
• Conduct on-site measurements and coordinate with vendors/workshops for execution accuracy.
• Ensure alignment between

  design aesthetics and technical practicality

  .
• Review prototype samples and provide technical feedback to ensure quality and craftsmanship.

Skills & Experience Required

7 years of experience

furniture joinery, materials, and fabrication processes

AutoCAD, SketchUp, and technical drawing software

✨ Ability to interpret and convert conceptual sketches into production-ready drawings.

✨ Excellent spatial understanding, precision, and problem-solving ability.

✨ Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
