Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities in accordance with German standards. Prepare and implement detailed production schedules and ensure on-time completion. Supervise and guide the production team, including shift supervisors and workers. Monitor raw material usage, equipment performance, and product quality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and maintain quality control procedures as per company and industry standards, Coordinate with procurement and logistics to maintain smooth operations and inventory flow. Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime. Experience in operating aluminium scrap melting furnaces powered by electricity, oil, and gas. Experience in sand die casting foundry operations would be an advantage. Work Conditions On-site role at our production facility in Germany. Strict adherence to PPE usage and safety protocols. Physically active role with regular monitoring of the production floor.
